Umera provides a unified messaging inbox platform that allows teams to connect multiple messaging channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Email, and X) into a single workspace. Features include AI-powered assistance, CRM functionality, and team collaboration tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass others, transmit malicious content, violate any laws, or infringe on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.
You retain full ownership of your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you send or receive through the Service. You may export your data at any time.
Umera is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
