When you submit the pilot or waitlist form, we collect:

Text you paste into the demo is processed only to extract a structured RFQ. By default it is processed in memory and not stored.

If live extraction is enabled, the text is sent transiently to our AI provider and is not used to train any model.

We process your data only for these purposes and legal bases:

To deliver the service we use processors: for email delivery (e.g. Resend) and for live AI extraction (e.g. Anthropic), each under a data-processing agreement.

We aim to keep data in the EU. Where a processor handles data outside the EU, it is done with appropriate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

The site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work and stay secure. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep form data until the pilot decision is made or until you ask us to erase it. Technical security logs are kept for a short period and rotated.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS), access is restricted, and rate-limiting is applied. We take organisational and technical measures to protect data against loss or unauthorised access.
