Our Public Roadmap for 2026
Q1 2026: Foundation
We’re launching the public beta with three core channels — Telegram, WhatsApp, and Email. The MVP includes a unified inbox with real-time sync, basic contact management, AI-powered reply suggestions, and waitlist onboarding for early access users. Our goal is to prove the core value proposition: one inbox, every channel, zero context loss.
Q2 2026: CRM & Pipelines
In Q2 we’re building out the full CRM layer. This means contact management with custom fields, deal pipelines with drag-and-drop stages, activity logging across all channels, and team workspaces with role-based access. We’re also adding smart filters, bulk actions, and a contact import tool for teams migrating from spreadsheets or other CRMs.
Q3 2026: AI Agents
Q3 is our AI quarter. We’re shipping four prebuilt agent templates (Sales, Support, Qualification, Follow-up) plus the custom agent builder. Agents will be able to reply to messages, move deals between pipeline stages, tag contacts, assign conversations, and trigger follow-up sequences. We’re also launching the Agent Marketplace for community-built templates.
Q4 2026: Scale
In Q4 we’re expanding channel coverage to Instagram, Facebook, and X. We’re launching the public API with REST and GraphQL endpoints, webhooks for real-time events, and SDKs for Node.js, Python, and Go. The mobile app arrives for iOS and Android. Enterprise plans will include SSO/SAML, custom AI agent builder, and dedicated account management.
Building in public
This roadmap isn’t a marketing promise — it’s a commitment. We publish monthly progress updates on this blog, share build logs on X, and prioritize features based on community feedback. If you want a say in what gets built next, join the waitlist and become part of the conversation.
