Umera ships with four prebuilt agent templates. The Sales Agent qualifies inbound leads by asking discovery questions and scoring responses. The Support Agent resolves common issues using your knowledge base and escalates edge cases. The Qualification Agent routes leads to the right team member based on company size, channel, and intent. The Follow-up Agent sends timely check-ins when conversations go quiet — no manual reminders needed.
Build your own agents
Every team is different, so we built a custom agent builder. Define the agent’s goal (“qualify leads for enterprise plan”), select its tools (reply, tag, move deal, assign), set guardrails (never promise a discount above 15%), and deploy it to any channel. Agents learn from corrections — when you override an agent’s suggestion, it adjusts future behavior.
AI that respects boundaries
We built strict guardrails into every agent. Agents never impersonate humans unless you explicitly configure them to. Sensitive topics trigger immediate escalation to a team member. All agent actions are logged and auditable. You can pause, adjust, or disable any agent in real time. And crucially, we never use your conversation data to train our models — your data stays yours.
What’s coming next
In Q3 2026 we’re launching the Agent Marketplace — a library of community-built agent templates for specific industries and workflows. Think “real estate lead qualifier,” “SaaS onboarding assistant,” or “e-commerce returns handler.” Install, customize, deploy. We’re also adding multi-agent orchestration so agents can hand off between each other within a single conversation.
